the materials contained on this site. In the event that an ALVA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, that
is below the actual intended price, ALVA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order placed for the product listed
at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If an order for an
incorrectly priced product is cancelled after your credit card has already been charged, you will have the choice to
have ALVA issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the original charge or charge your card for the
balance required to equal the actual intended price.

without notice to you. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Jurisdiction, shall survive any termination.
Applicable Law
Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of warranty, liability, incidental or consequential damages in your state or region. The above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you.
