This is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. The ALVA 1 Year Limited Warranty benefits are in addi?on to, not instead of, rights
provided by consumer law.

The ALVA 1 Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase (The Warranty Period). The products must be used for their intended purpose. The ALVA 1 year Limited Warranty is for parts only. Under this warranty, if a defect occurs during the Warranty Period you should contact ALVA immediately. Do not return
any products to ALVA without authoriza?on. ALVA, at its option will (1) send replacement parts at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the parts with a part that has equivalent functionality. (3) provide a refund equal to the replacement price of the parts at the time the defect occurs.

This Warranty does not cover normal wear due to regular use. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship such as normal wear. This warranty does not cover labor or any consequen?al damage.
